How It Works

  1. To secure your meat for processing, a deposit must be placed online to reserve the next available butcher date. Please be aware that online payments serve as partial payments and will be subtracted from the total amount due upon pick-up. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for when your steer will be ready for processing, typically taking 7-14 days for the dry aging process.

  2. Following this, a cut sheet will be sent from the butcher, allowing you to select from standard cuts available in stores or any special requests you may have. After approximately a week of cutting, vacuum sealing, and flash freezing your beef, it will be ready for pick-up or delivery. Payment will be based on the total pounds of meat you collect.

  3. We simplify pricing by charging per pound of the final packaged meat, eliminating the confusion of pricing based on the steer's hanging weight, which can result in a 29-36% loss after processing. Upon pick-up, the remaining balance, minus your deposit, will be due. The total cost is determined by the weight of the cut, wrapped, and vacuum-sealed meat.

Feel free to call us, and we will guide you through the entire process.
